  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Rough Chopped Pecans (any nut will work)
  • 1 cup Shaved Coconut (unsalted and unsweetened)
  • For The Dressing
  • 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
